Location was awesome but couldn’t say the same for the stay. She advertised a smart lock entry and AC but had neither. Sleeping with windows open was LOUD and unsafe on the 1st floor. Was also very impatient with check-in as I encountered traffic during a long drive. House had…

Response from Katya:
Olivia, smart lock is what you used to open the door, so it was available. We arranged in the very beginning that I will be in the apartment when you arrive. It is very strange to me that you kept pushing for the opposite. Made me even more suspicious. I explained you very clearly, that I didn't feel comfortable about letting strangers in without seeing them, that's why we arranged a time that was convenient for both of us. You being late for two hours was indeed quite a bit inconvenient for me and I allowed myself to express that. I brought the apologies right after and said that I will wait for you for as long as needed. AC was not installed that's true. Probably due to the fact that weather was still chilly and people were still wearing jackets outside when you arrived and the apartment was rather cool. That's just common sense. Odd smell??? I really have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe the raw chicken you left in the garbage. It indeed smelled bad and attracted flies.
