Nice cottage style home tucked away in a private lakefront community known as Lake View Haven. Take a quick 1 minute walk to the private beach that is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, to name a few! Minutes from Ipperwash Beach and 20 minutes to famous Grand Bend. Small town of Forest is 5 minutes away that has every amenity you need! Bring your boat or any watercraft during your stay. Beautiful quiet spot to enjoy a fun cottage getaway!

The space
Home is completely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Lots of parking, wifi and tv available, AC, BBQ, hot tub, fire pit and wood available for purchase. Fantastic friendly neighbourhood that is close to a little bit of everything! Lots of hiking around too - message for spots!

Yard is not fenced but pets are welcome upon approval (disclosing a pet is all thats needed really) and an extra fee.
Tons of outdoor seating space! BBQ comes equipped with propane as well.

Beautiful sandy beach a few steps away from the home that make sunrises and sunsets easy to watch! The town of forest is a short 5 minute drive that has Tim Hortons, grocery store, restaurants and shops. Even a little movie theatre. We are close to Grand Bend, the outdoor drive in movie theatre, Ipperwash Beach, Highland Glen Conservation and a couple different boat launches.
