"Barra Vieja" and "San Andrés Playa Encantada" form the WELL-KNOWN and well-consented TOURIST AREA OF "BARRA VIEJA" , on a strip of road that goes between "La Laguna De Tres Palos" (the third largest in the country) where you can do "Boat rides", "Skiing", "Fishing" etc. and just 15 minutes from "Mall La Isla", "La Tirolesa" largest above sea level, " The New Mayan Palace Water Park", "Imperial Forum" , also just 18 minutes from the "International Airport"
In both villages with unpaved streets its inhabitants are mainly fishermen and are full of simple restaurants on the beach with typical food of the region, such as the very famous "FISH TO SIZE", kingfish, ceviche Acapulco style, its delicious and very spicy Molcajete sauces, its soups and tortillas handmade and cooked in wood comal etc.
The climate ranges between 36 ° and 42 ° C almost all year round.
"Casa Playa Encantada"
It is located in the town of "San Andrés Playa Encantada", 3 km. before reaching "Barra Vieja", and is 1.5 km. from the main channel of the lagoon and mangroves, and a few meters from the sea, so we can eventually have some problem with the saltpeter and humidity in the kitchen furniture, air conditioners, televisions mainly since they are very exposed to the sea breeze.
Therefore we have maintenance and service personnel to give daily maintenance and cleaning necessary to the house, also the electrical appliances are constantly changed, to have all the best possible, please understand if any of them fail I assure you that we will try to solve it as quickly as possible, but for no reason we are responsible if the failure is due to force majeure, such as a hurricane, tremor , short or failure of electrical power etc.,we have a light plant that helps with contacts , lighting and fans only.
TO wildlife (some small bats that come close to eating mangoes and coconuts, birds, mosquitoes, etc.), we try to keep it as controlled as possible since we constantly fumigate with non-toxic biodegradable products, and every time we have guests we reinforce the fumigation again we BEG YOU TO KEEP THE DOORS OF THE ROOMS CLOSED.
***It is recommended to bring insect repellent and enough sunscreen, as well as caps and long-sleeved shirts (for swimming) for the little ones.
The turtles, when they come to spawn, we ask for the help of the trained staff of the turtle camp, for the collection and good care of the eggs until the small children are born and can be released, in addition to providing support to return healthy and safe mother turtle to the sea.
With crabs it is something else, in fact, you can find some crabs in the pools and gardens, we always return them to their natural habitat.
At Casa Playa Encantada, we respect nature and do not allow any kind of discrimination based on color, social status, religion or sexual preferences.
WE HAVE AN AREA WHERE PRIVATE EVENTS CAN BE HELD SUCH AS: WEDDINGS, INNS, BAPTISMS ETC. WITH AN EXTENSION OF 450 M2 OF PRIVATE BEACH AND 1500 M2 OF SPACIOUS AND FLAT GARDENS WITH SANITARY SERVICE FOR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. THE COSTS ARE QUOTED SEPARATELY ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF EVENTS AND NUMBER OF GUESTS AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THESE RATES.
THE RATES PUBLISHED HERE DO NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE EVENTS.
And they cover the stay of 16 people and may vary if the number of guests is higher ( $850 per additional person per day), and are exclusively for accommodations without food (we beg for the number of guests to be greater, please contact me directly).

$7000 BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO EMPTY THEM AND REFILL THEM AND THAT TAKES 2 FULL DAYS AND LOTS OF CHEMISTS FOR NIVELARLAS AGAIN.
***FOR HAVING OPEN AREAS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED SINCE THEY CAN MOVE TO ANOTHER PROPERTY AND GET LOST.
***IN MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY SEASON:
PLEASE RESPECT THESE SCHEDULES TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, SINCE NORMALLY WE HAVE FAMILIES WAITING TO ENTER AND WE NEED TO WASH FLOORS, CLEAN AND VENTILATE AS WELL AS SPRAY AND SANITIZE THE ENTIRE HOUSE PERFECTLY.
***IN LOW SEASON AND IN CASE THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE RENT BEFORE OR AFTER YOU, THE HOURS CAN BE MUCH WIDER SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY FULL DAYS WITHOUT PROBLEM

ALMOST ALL THE FACILITIES IN THE HOUSE CAN BE ACCESSED, EXCEPT THE CELLARS AND KITCHEN FOR EVENTS FOR YOUR SAFETY.

In Bridges, holidays and high season, if you want to arrive earlier or leave later to take advantage of the day, please let us know when they make the confirmation of their reservation to see availability.
***The service hours of the staff is 8 hours, if you want to extend it, you can gladly talk to them directly, cleaning payments $450 daily, bonfire on the beach $850, cook service $850 daily and tip, must be paid directly to staff in cash and before your departure.

***For safety and cleaning reasons smoking is not allowed in the rooms and bathrooms the payment of the cleaning service is daily and mandatory.
***We know and understand that this can be bothersome and extreme, but no one likes to arrive and that the bed or pool is full of pet hair and/or smells like tobacco in the beds or bathrooms.
