It is a very secluded home with beautiful views of the pond and mountains. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend to getaway from everyday hustle and bustle then this is the place for you. There is extremely limited cell service and it was great being forced to unplug for the weekend and just play games, read and be by the pond. Our dog loved the pond and all the space to run around so much that he didn't want to get into the car when it was time to leave! It was a great relaxing weekend away!

A great place out in the country. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, take some quiet walks or play around the pond, this is the place. Everything is a drive to get to so not necessarily a place to use as a central hum for social activity. Jessica is easy to work with and communicates quickly. This was our second stay of more than a month and is still worth it.

Jessica is extremely responsive to individual guest needs and is quick to respond to any issues. The house is in a lovely spot with plenty of scenic beauty, outdoor access, and great distractions (toys, games, & books) for the kids. Would love to visit again in the summer! The only accommodation issue to consider is that the downstairs bedroom and extra beds have a very "basement" feel to them; great for kids but not for a picky adult.

A beautiful place - true to description. Well stocked house. Rural but great location. Scenic and good walks. Beautiful garden and flowers.

Jessica was very helpful and her home was extremely beautiful. We unfortunately had a few problems, heat and hot water went out, which made the jacuzzi impossible to use which was a selling point for us going up there and our GPS told us to go up the wrong side of the mountain causing us to have to call a local tow company for help. We really wanted to love our getaway and I'm sure nobody else would have our bad luck

Response from Jessica:
I explicitly described that you needed to follow the directions that I provided and not rely on GPS. Sorry if you missed that. I also asked that the Jacuzzi NOT be used and it was not listed as a "selling point" of the house. It caused the problem that you described above - the hot water "going out". And there is no way to know "how clean" someone is going to be. We've had some pretty irresponsible tenants - so we safeguard against that.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's house this past weekend. The home is situated beautifully on a hillside, and is well stocked with all necessities to cook, do laundry, etc. The jacuzzi bathtub was a hidden gem! She was very responsive throughout the visit when small issues arose. I look forward to staying again when visiting my son at Norwich University!
