This seaside hamlet, well known for its picturesque fish market, is a quiet holiday resort 7 Km from Marina di Ragusa. It is characterized by a shore of wide sandy beaches and offers a lovely promenade rich in restaurants and nightclubs, and a small marina full of colored fishing boats.

The apartment, on the 2nd floor without lift, enjoys a stunning view over the facing beach and the coast of Donnalucata.
Recently restored (June 2014), it is furnished in a very smart and refined minimal style and offer a very big terrace (150 sqm) with beautiful view.
The terrace is partially sheltered so it is possible to have alfresco lunch and dinner; a solarium equipped with garden furniture.
The apartment, inside, is made up of a well-lit modern open space with a living area and a sleeping area.
