Stylish Sunny House, central location in Hastings. Just 5 minutes to Havelock North Village & 20 minutes to Napier.
With a variety of wineries close by and well worth a visit to the Farmers Market just up the road every Sunday.

Comfortable and stylish with open plan kitchen/ dining /living area that opens out to the deck with all day sun.
With a private outdoor lounge/ dining area is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay.
The house is supplied with free wifi & Smart TV .
The modern kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook for yourself or buy out and dine in .
There are 2 bedrooms available for your stay, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with a double bed.
A washing machine and dryer is available for guest use and garage door opener will be provided to park your car in the integral garage allowing you to shut the door behind you and straight into the house.

Other things to note
I have a small flat on the property with permanent tenants, they are very quiet and respectful so I ask the same of any guests staying in my house thank you.
