Our apartment was in an antique building (the ceilings!) with modern conveniences. Good beds, clean apartment! Great location with transportation, including Bike Share Verona, nearby. Tasty local restaurants, and the best wine hangout on Piazza Santa Toscana, around the corner. Massimo was a great host, very helpful.

Massimo is a very nice person. He helped us with our luggages when we arrived, arranged some stuff in the fridge for a first breakfast for us and gave us some recommendations. The apartment is centrally located - it is roughly 15 minutes walk away from the center of Verona, there are several coffee shops and restaurants in the street and a near by supermarket. There is plenty of parking on the street (you have to pay from 8am) and also free parking near by. The main downside is that the street is noisy and we could hear motorcycle noise at 6am, especially in the room with the bunk bed. We also found the lack of blinds (there are only light curtains) a bit disturbing as we wake up easily when there is light. If you want an apartment close to the center of Verona and you are not bothered by street noise then I recommend this apartment.

Massimo is a very considerate host. He picked us up from the train station when we arrived late in the evening, and provided milk, juice and some breads for the next day breakfast. When we ran into a problem getting to our train to leave the city, I texted him and he quickly called us a taxi. Without his help, we would likely have missed our train. Massimo's flat was both spacious and spotlessly clean. It was all my daughter and I needed to feel comfortable during our stay in Verona. The bunk-bed room on the street side was a bit noisy at night, but the other room was quiet. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the historic center from the flat, and there are some nice affordable restaurants in the area. These include a really nice pizzeria that Massimo recommended, plus a wonderful Sri Lankan place just downstairs from the flat. This is a great place to stay for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable accommodation in walking distance of the historic center. Massimo is a kind and helpful host.

We like Massimo and his appartment with two bedrooms so much. It was very clean, well furnitured and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, we even made our own Pasta dinner. The appartment is exactly like shown by the photographs, in the street, there are bakers and a butcher, a fish shop, fruit market, supermarket, little bars and a typical italian market in 200 meters around.Parking was not a problem, there were places around Porta Vescova. Busstop is just round the corner. Massimo (and Tina) was/were a great host: He even prepared milk in the fridge, coffee and cookies for the breakfast. So, we spent 4 super days, went to Venezia, the Lago di Garda and to the Opera. We warmly recommend Massimo's appartment and we would come back. Alix, Brigitte & Jens, Germany

Massimo is a very kind person who will do his best to help you settle in as soon as possible. Massimo is Italian, but speaks English very well, which is a big plus. The appartment is centrally located just a ten minute walk away from the old city center with the Amfitheater, Juliet's house, and all the other sites that make Verona renowned. The street the apartment is situated is a busy street with regular traffic, so if you are looking for a peaceful setting, ask Massimo about his other apartment that he also rents out. If you enjoy the typical italian hectic and/or don't mind urban noise than this apartment will be just fine. The apartment was spacious for us as a family of 4. Although we had two young children with us, four adults can easily stay here too. If you want to explore Verona we definitely recommend this appartment. Massimo was a great host and his advice and information really helped us get to know Verona quickly.

La casa è molto bella, ordinata e pulita. In 15 minuti passeggiando si può raggiungere il ponte di pietra e altri bei luoghi della città.
