This is the upstairs Suite with a breath taking 240 degree view of the lake surrounded by flower gardens and fruit trees. Private lake access. You have every Suite decorated exquisitely with local hardwoods. Including massive king beds.
Furnished with everything necessary from beautiful hardwood tables to a medium size refrigerator, vitro-ceramic cook top, toaster oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric tea pot, and safety deposit box.

The space
Beautiful wood furnished Lake Garden Suites surrounded by flower gardens and fruit trees. An amazing view of Lake Arenal with lakefront access. Organic food garden. Grill area on site. An amazing botanical collection with plants from all over the planet! Heliconias and hibiscus are a main part of our flower collection. Fishing is allowed on the premises.

Guest access
Big wood gate with control key pad for easy gate access to and from the parking area. Ample parking space with wide cemented walk ways to get from the parking area to the Suites and then on to the Koi ponds!

Other things to note
We are located on the north east side of Lake Arenal so the trade winds are sometimes strong making our location fresh and even chilly at night.
Long sleeve clothing can be recommended at night.

Where you’ll be

Nuevo Arenal, Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica

It is a very quiet and peaceful rural environment with cows and rooster calls. Green everywhere you look. Lots of birds of different kinds like toucans, hawks and herons. Very close to downtown Nuevo Arenal just a 1/2 mile from a pharmacy, gasoline station, supermarkets and Clinique.
