This is a vacation rental condo, not a hotel. There is no daily housekeeping or towel service. Please use the in-room washer/dryer if needed.

Included amenities: Free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, and iron.

Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out due to scheduling.

If you need to store luggage before check-in, there is a nearby luggage storage shop just 3 minutes' walk away ($8 per bag). Details will be provided after booking.

🚧 Important Notice from the Building
The Waikiki Banyan recreation deck (pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, playground) will be closed for renovations from April 7, 2025.
Work will occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

🏝️Important Tax Notice:
Starting January 1, 2026, the State portion of Hawaii’s Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) will increase from 10.25% to 11%.
Please note that this portion of the lodging tax will be collected separately in accordance with Hawaii state regulations.
