Quaint brick built lodge style bungalow, set in half an acre of gardens and semi wooded grounds. Very quiet location up a short unmade lane. Large private parking area. Rural views. Dogs by arrangement. Open heathland 15 mins. walk. Cosy sitting room with views of the gardens. Large, relaxing Conservatory with big sofa and a comfortable armchair, plus dining table and electric coal effect stove for dull days. Well equipped Kitchen adjacent to the Conservatory for cooking and conversation.

The space
The property is approached through double five bar gates. Secluded but not isolated. Parking is on a large gravel area with room for 3 or 4 cars There are five steps up to the front door or one step if entering through the conservatory door at the back. The property is furnished in a style to compliment the period in which it was built. The kitchen is well equipped with a built-in fridge, free standing fridge/freezer, electric range cooker with gas hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and radio. Period style bathroom, with free standing bath, no shower. The large grounds are well fenced, with a small wooded area at the bottom with views over the valley.
