The space
This great home in Boroncana lies nestled in a beautiful and popular area in Noord. The property is a lovely, modern and spacious free standing villa, located close to the beaches and at a 3 minute drive to the Palm Beach hotel area with many restaurants, casinos, activities, supermarkets and shopping.

This beautiful home offers 3 very nice air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full and modern bathrooms, a well equipped air conditioned kitchen-living room perfect to entertain and make some delicious dishes. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large tv.

Our home expresses a Modern Caribbean décor and atmosphere.
There is a covered beautiful porch to enjoy breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors, so you can thoroughly enjoy the island breeze.
We have a private and spacious garden with a swimming pool, perfect to cool off on a very sunny day. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, restroom and an outdoor shower.

We value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company and a safe to store your valuables.
Furthermore you can park on the driveway, we have WiFi, we offer beach chairs, a cooler, anything you need for a great vacation.

We have been a Superhost on AirBnb for about 10 years now, so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family!

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip, as it provides immediate coverage for unforeseen emergencies such as illness, injury, accidents, transportation delays, and other issues that could affect your vacation. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, any losses resulting from emergencies will be at your own risk. Please note that we adhere to our VRBO/Airbnb cancellation policy and refunds will only be issued according to those terms.

Utilities
Water and electricity are included in your rental. We do take meter readings and ask guests to be energy-conscious by reporting running toilets and turning off air conditioning when rooms are not in use.

Casa Mia provides a complimentary welcome package for your first few days, including:

Most homes also contain a selection of condiments and spices, but availability varies and cannot be guaranteed. Once any supplied items are used, replacements are at the guest’s expense.

1 large bath towel, 1 small bath towel, and 1 beach towel per guest
Beach chairs and a cooler
Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board

We do not provide washcloths, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, or beach umbrellas. Due to Aruba’s strong winds, umbrellas are unsafe and tend to break quickly. Beach huts rent lounge chairs and heavy-duty parasols.

Occasionally, inflatable pool floats, snorkel masks, or similar items may be available, but as these are frequently lost or damaged, their presence cannot be guaranteed.

Car Rental
We strongly recommend renting a car in Aruba. The heat can make even short walks uncomfortable, especially when carrying beach gear. Many roads have limited sidewalks and are poorly lit at night. Driving is easy, traffic is generally slow, and the island is small—you can drive from one end to the other in about 45 minutes. Having a car allows you to explore more of Aruba and enjoy greater flexibility during your stay.

Taxi Service
Taxis are safe, reliable, and readily available. However, multiple daily trips for beaches, groceries, and restaurants can become more expensive than renting a car. Please note that taxis may carry a maximum of five passengers, so larger groups may require multiple taxis for each trip.
