Located in Princeville on Kauai's beautiful North Shore, the tropical Ka'Eo Kai Resort is situated among lush green landscaping, overlooking the number 3 fairway of Makai Golf Club with ocean and mountain views. Only a 10 minute drive away from the famous Hanalei Bay, or approximately 15 minutes from the the scenic Kilauea Lighthouse Point & Wildlife Refuge.

This spacious 1B condo sleeps 4 guests and is approximately 1,700 sq. ft. Units have 1 King in the master bedroom, a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the living area and a full bathroom. There is a full size, fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area that seats 4 as well as a washer/dryer combo. Each unit has a large private furnished lanai.

**Note: Air conditioning is not available however the unit does have ceilings fans in all rooms and jalousie windows that allow the cooling island trade winds to breeze through the unit.

**Note: The State of Hawaii requires all Resorts to collect a Hawaii Transient Occupancy Tax, which is based on unit size. This is in addition to the transient accommodations tax and sales tax collected on Airbnb's platform. The front desk will collect this tax at check out. The rate for this 1 Bedroom unit is $13.64/day.

** Note: The photos here are representative. All units are floating usage and actual units are assigned 24 hours before check in. While decor is very similar throughout, floor plans and views will vary and lower floor units do not have vaulted ceilings. You may be assigned to a lower unit or an upper unit depending upon availability. Please let us know if you need a lower unit. There are no elevators.
