A stylish refurbished apartment located in central Salcombe, quietly tucked away in a peaceful and private development, just minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. This stunning little bolt hole has rooftop views across to the church and glimpses of the estuary.
The property is lovingly furnished with all mod cons, with sitting room access onto a cosy balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. and the added convenience of outside parking at this lovely private location.
The space
There are 21 steps up to Jacks Stay, once you have entered the apartment, you have a open plan kitchen and living room area with fully fitted bespoke kitchen, breakfast bar and comfortable seating area with Sky TV, broadband, and with sitting room access onto a cosy balcony.
Along the hallway is the utility/cloak room , with washing machine, dryer, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. Directly across from the utility room is Bedroom 1, which consists of two bunk beds with sliding door access to the balcony, this beautiful bedroom has been carefully styled and offers great space for children to play in.
Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with access onto the balcony and again has been decorated to a high standard and is located across from the wet room with full size walk in shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.
This accomodation unfortunately does not allow for BBQ's to be used on the balcony.
Jacks Stay welcomes one dog and provides all linen and towels for the guests stay and is a non smoking accomodation.
