This is a ground floor 2 Bedroom Apartment which accommodates 4 guests, with two bathrooms, situated on the edge of Galway on the Wild Atlantic Way. It is on the direct 409 Parkmore Bus line to the city centre which is 15 mins by bus and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The living area is spacious open plan . The Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. each with a double bed, bedroom 1 has one double bed and ensuite and bedroom 2 has one double bed and acess to main bathroom.

Guests have full private use of this ground floor two bedroom Apartment which sleeps four guests There is free private parking at the rear of Roscam House which entrance/exit is accessed by a fob for the barrier. Key into GPS Stylistic Hair Salon , Roscam House, Roscam, Galway and it should take you straight into the estate.

Other things to note
The Apartment is very accessible to City centre which is 12 mins approx by bus/car in light traffic, great restaurants in Oranmore which is 5 mins drive, Poppy Seed Restaurant in the Galway Crystal building upstairs 3 mins drive, Cliffs of Moher is one hour drive approximately, Galway Clinic is less than 5 mins drive, Clayton Hotel 5 mins drive. The Apartment is ideally located for guests wishing to avail of the 7 day Galway Racing Festival end of July to beginning of August in Ballybrit which is 10 mins drive approximately in light traffic.
Spend a day driving through Connemara along Galway's section of the Wild Atlantic Way, have an evening meal of Connemara Smoked Salmon in O'Grady's of the Pier, or alternatively spend some time visiting the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher and on the way home have a delicious meal in Moran's, the Weir, Kilcolgan to sample their delicious Oyster dishes, or visit Kylemore Abbey, explore the Burren, or visit the Aran Islands, the list is endless.

The Apartment is centrally located to explore the picturesque and idyllic sights around Galway which is a thriving bohemian hub and is famous for it's many festivals, cultures, and atmosphere .
Sightseeing tours of Galway are available on hop on, hop off buses.
St. Nicholas Church is the largest medieval parish church in Ireland.
Lynches Castle formerly owned by one of the fourteen tribes which ruled the City a century ago.
Galway Cathedral which is in the West Bank of the River Corrib is steeped in history.
The Galway Museum and National University are worthy of a visit and lots more historic sights to see.
The Latin Quarter with it's quirky craft and vintage shops, iconic pubs and restaurants are very popular with tourists.
Stop off at the Salmon Weir Bridge to watch the fishermen patiently jostle with the tumbling waters and eager River Corrib below and visit the Spanish Arch where the River Corrib meets the Atlantic Ocean and where small boats and wild birds provide an idyllic backdrop to the famous and beautiful sunset over Galway Bay.
Galway comes to a standstill during the 7 day Galway Racing Festival in Ballybrit towards end of July. There is also The Cuirt International Festival of Literature in April, the Galway Sessions traditional Irish music in June, the Galway Film Fleadh in July, the World famous Galway Arts Festival in July , Galway International Oyster Festival in September.
