You are 15-20 minutes away from Lake George village and Downtown Saratoga/Saratoga Race Track. Great for a family get together, or a group of friends. A peaceful setting with amazing water view. Bring your boats, jet skis, or any other water toys. 73 feet plus of waterfront with a private dock on the river and public boat launch right down the street.

This beautiful 5 bedroom waterfront house has amazing views. It is perfect for a family get away, or with a group of friends. The location is very convenient, everything you need is a 1.5 miles away. A local grocery store, gas station, and a few places to eat are just a couple minutes away. You are also just 15-20 minutes away from Lake George village and Saratoga Race Track. There is a public boat launch just 2 miles away from the house and you can dock up at the dock at the house, so if you have any water toys bring them up to enjoy the 8 miles of water you have to navigate. So come relax and enjoy the peaceful setting and all this house has to offer.
