Fron Farm Yurt Retreat is an award winning glamp site where the structures are all hand-made on the farm. Staying here you can enjoy our bespoke luxurious yurts, dine in the stunning communal roundhouse with it's comfy sofas and wood burner, sit around the outside fire-pit, sleep under the stars in a homemade yurt and enjoy a luxurious stay in a secluded valley with views of the Preseli Mountains on a 56 acre organic farm. One of West Wales' premier glamp sites.

The space

The Yurts.
Our Yurts are handmade on our farm by Guy of Fron Farm Yurts from locally sourced wood. Each Yurt has been lovingly handcrafted to provide you with a beautiful space to live in whilst you stay here. But that is just the start...........
Your yurt comes with double bed, two super comfortable futon chairs which double as beds when needed and there is a wood burning stove and outside decking area and seating.
We provide duvets and pillows. Guests can either bring their own covers and sheets, or we can provide on arrival for an additional charge.

As well as the yurt, you will be able to enjoy the stunning communal roundhouse with it's comfy sofas, cooking and dining area, wood burner and impressive views. It really is one of a kind and at 50m2 it's big enough for all to enjoy.Toilet and wash/shower facilities are provided in a newly built green-roof shower block with hot water and flushing toilets. There is an outside fire-pit for enjoying star gazing and toasting marshmallows. There is no better place to get away from the hustle and bustle and to re-connect with nature.

Guest access

Fron Farm Yurt Retreat is set on a 56 acre organic farm, with sheep, goats and chickens. By arrangement you and your children can watch the goats being milked and help collect the eggs and you are welcome to enjoy our pasture land and woodlands, including the public footpath to the local pub! We have extensive gardens in which to enjoy an evening stroll, or a game of hide and seek.

Other things to note

At Fron Farm Yurt Retreat, we aim to provide a retreat from the busyness of 21st century urban living. With a relaxed pace of life, we aim to provide the opportunity to rediscover your wellbeing. We would ask all visitors to respect the flora and fauna and local community, including remembering to shut all gates when exploring the local countryside. We would consider 11pm a noise cut off point to be considerate to other guests and neighbours. We are in the heart of Welsh speaking Wales and encourage people to ask us about the local customs, language and traditions.

Cleverly designed and comfortable the yurt was well kitted out with the communal roundhouse in particular giving our young family all the things needed. We were unlucky with the weather which stopped us fully appreciating the site but we had more fun sheltering from the rain in the spacious roundhouse with the wood burner on than we would have in most alternatives.
