Welcome to the Neighborhood Suites! You'll find us on a quiet street just four blocks from downtown. Cozy and inviting, our one bedroom suite is a perfect Moab home base. Fire up the bbq or soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure - everything you need is here!

The space
Our vintage kitchen has all the modern amenities, and our contemporary furnishings are colorful, comfortable and fun. Whether you are coming to Moab for the first time or are a regular visitor, you'll love your stay in Suite B.

This suite has one queen bed; reservations for more than 2 people will not be accepted.

Guest access
Hot tub, laundry, bike shed and bbq are all located on the property for guests to use. These facilities are shared among all four of our suites.

Two parking spaces are available for each suite. Due to the size of our parking lot, we are not able to accomodate trailers.

Other things to note
Suite B is a corner suite in a one story building with three other suites. When you are facing our building, Suite B is the fourth suite from the left. Each suite has ample parking right outside the door, as well as its own heating and cooling unit. During the summer months, we use evaporative coolers, which are energy efficient cooling systems that work very well in dry environments.
