The best of the tranquility of the countryside with the proximity of Montreal and Joliette. Direct access to hiking trails. You will occupy a 3 1/2 bachelor apartment for your use, which is located in the basement of the house that I live in with my spouse. Sometimes my grandchildren come to visit me.
