This is a brand new room which we built specifically whilst converting the barn this year. It’s very light, quiet, and has wonderful views over the farm. We have fabulous walks you can go on from here without getting in the car. I’m in the middle of making a pretty sitting area in the orchard which is just opposite the barn. That will be just for the use of guests.

The space
We are a 100 grass farm and here we have up to 25 horses who are here specifically to eat grass! We have youngsters, horses recovering from injuries and retirees.
The location is ideal for visiting the Cotswolds as well as places like Bath and Hungerford. It is also 5mns from the Cotswold Water Park where you can water ski, sail and canoe on several beautiful lakes as well as take advantage of the wonderful wildlife that live on the lakes.

Guest access
Guests are free to walk round the farm as long as they remember to shut the gates! Escaped sheep can be difficult to catch

We have lived here for 20 years. It’s great being equidistant from Malmesbury and Cirencester, which are both lovely market towns. There are great places to eat in town but also some lovely country pubs - best to book!!
