Gorgeous property features 3 socially distant cottages with full access to 100-foot lakefront, large play area, dock, swimming raft and kayaks. Each cottage -- Lakefront, Lakeview and Maplecrest -- has own kitchen, dining room, outdoor grill, picnic table and fire pit.

All guests have access to community room with seating and tables for 50, also doubles as rec room with ping-pong table and arts and crafts for kids.

The space
Downstairs in the lakefront cottage is a community room, with a ping-pong table, toys, games, a washer and dryer and half-bathroom. The space can also be used for meetings, parties and seminars.

I am an immigration lawyer on Long Island. I host a deluxe apartment above my law office, and three lakeside cottages in northwest Connecticut. I first came to Bantam Lake with my family in 2013 and have been coming back every summer. It is truly a paradise -- beautiful and tranquil, with a multitude of activities or just to relax.
