• This is a residential building, and from time to time there may be daytime maintenance or construction work nearby, which can cause occasional noise.
• The building has backup power only in common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators). The apartment itself does not have a generator, so in the event of a city power outage, the unit will remain without power until service returns.
