This quiet one bedroom apartment is just a block and a half from the northern trendy end of Wagga’s Main Street/ CBD, pubs in both directions, Brewey, Forum 6 Cinema, RSL and Commercial Clubs and MTC Racecourse.

SLEEPING -
Sleeping 3 in total in this 1BRM space.
A comfortable Queen bed in the main bedroom, also featuring built in cupboards.
Wide single pull out sofa bed, with comfortable mattress topper, located in the lounge area.
Both mattresses have mattress protectors.
All linen provided. Fresh for each new guests.
Extra blankets, doona and pillows for the pull out bed also supplied in bedroom cupboard, for your comfort.
Port a cot available on request.

KITCHEN-
Fully equipped and self contained.
Old school kitchen with awesome original above bench cupboard, which has had a tidy up with new counter top and paint.

Stand alone electric cook top and oven, bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, pots n pans, Tupperware, plates, glass wear and utensils.
Dining bench with two chairs.

BREAKFAST-
Your stay includes a light breakfast.
Coffee, Black and Herbal Tea, white toast Bread, milk, butter, two types of cereal, oats & spreads. We mix it up with fruit toast, eggs or fresh fruit.
Some pantry items also.
Please note- food items are all standard we do not cater for special dietary requirements.

BATHROOM-
Bathroom with toilet & shower in same room. No Bath, but base of shower is deep and with the use of a plug can be used as a baby/ toddler bath.
Fresh towels & toiletries supplied - Shampoo, Conditioner, soaps, hand wash & hand cream. Hairdryer. Separate hot water system just for this apartment. Set to peak, will fill and heat instantly when hot water is all used, takes about 10 mins between showers.

SEATING/ LOUNGE ROOM-
Three seater lounge. Occasional foot stool and side tables.
TV, DVD player, selection of movies and magazines.
Writing desk with local information and flyers.

HEATING/COOLING-
Refrigerated Air conditioner located in main bedroom, is a portable unit (can be turned in to living area by day and directly onto bed for a nice cool sleep by night, best spot for it during our hot hot wagga summers.
2x Colum oil space heater for lounge & bedroom area, left on heat the space nicely.
Building is brick & holds the heating of cooling well.
Also pedestal fans for mid seasons or to circulate air.

CHILDREN-
The space is family friendly. A porta cot, cot blankets and sheets, highchair and baby cup, bowl and plate set, children’s movies, books and small basket of toys in cupboard for our smaller guests. Please let us know if you need the sofa bed or portable cot for your child.

LAUNDRY-
FREE- Shared laundry area with ironing board and clothes lines.
Iron located inside the apartment.
Washing machine is free for you to use during your stay, cold water wash only.
Laundry powder provided.

OUTDOOR AREA-
Private sitting are for this unit to the side of the apartment, can be taken onto the front grassed area, but please return after use:) This is for your exclusive use only as part of this unit.

Strictly NO SMOKING inside the apartment.
Please do outside.
NO PARTIES, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
NO PETS.
PLEASE NO COOKING OF FISH OR SEAFOOD IN THE APARTMENT!!

Unit 4 is all yours to enjoy during your stay. There is a washing machine that your welcome to use as well as the clothesline.
While we encourage you to make this space your own while staying, we ask that you do NOT remove any of the items within the property. We do request that your are mindful and respectful to the property and treat it as your own, as this is not a hotel it is someone’s home.

A long / wide tree lines street, filled with - mix of new & 1940 & 50’s houses and town houses.

There is SO much to do just outside the door to do in this awesome part of town.
Right in the Heart of the lower end of town your within walking distance to the CBD, Pubs, RSL club, Commercial Club, MTC, WWCC, Cafe’s, Courthouse, Wagga Beach and Reserve, Supermarket and Shopping.

Located 1.5 blocks (5 minute walk) to the stylish lower end of wagga’s CBD & ‘Main Street’ shopping and eating area Fitzmaurice St. Pubs in both directions, Sportsman’s Hotel, The Bridge Tavern, Home Hotel, The Duke of Kent & Romano’s.
Takeaway/fast food, Knights Meats and Service station also at the end of the street.
Cinema on Trail St & Park around the corner in Simmons Street, both a 2min walk in either direction.
Both the RSL Club and Commercial Club are within walking distance to your door.
Woolworths Supermarkets is 2min drive or 10min walk away.
