Located in the vibrant heart of Salcombe with direct level access to the town's many shops, pubs and restaurants, this stone end of terrace cottage is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.  Situated right on the water's edge, in the highly convenient location of Victoria Quay, the house overlooks the Salcombe lifeboat and enjoys gorgeous views over the estuary.

This stylish cottage has been carefully restored from a well known historic, listed building and comes with the additional benefit of a private running mooring.

From public pathway, gate to waterfront patio. Ground Floor: a comfortable Sitting/Dining Room with stone floor, beamed ceiling, period style fireplace with electric woodburning effect stove, 32" flat screen Smart TV, video, DVD. Utility cupboard (under stairs): washer/dryer, worktop freezer. Kitchen: electric induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, combi microwave. Cloakroom: basin, WC. Stairs from dining area to first floor. Bedroom 1: kingsize bed (5ft), basin, harbour views, en suite Shower Room: shower cubicle, WC. Bedroom 2: twin beds (3ft). Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC. Stairs to second floor. Bedroom 3: twin beds (3ft), harbour views.

Outside: attractive patio garden with outdoor furniture. Direct access to quayside and private running mooring (for boats 13ft max).
Parking: Annual season ticket provided for town car park (unreserved) which is a short walk from the property. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (with the exception of beach towels). Highchair. Telephone: incoming and local calls only. Wi-Fi available. Ground floor underfloor heating for winter months. Electric storage heating throughout. Electric hot water. Welcome pack. Crabbing on the quay has been loved by generations of children, and the house is in the ideal location for boating, trips to the beach, ambling into town and indulging in a spot of people watching from the pretty terrace.
