My rooms are bright and comfortable, and from the windows you can see sunsets over my garden and hear the birds sing. The neighborhood is very relaxed and safe with plenty of quaint restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. My house is centrally located and close to public transportation which can easily take you to any other part of the city.
This is an old house located in a quiet corner of Palermo Hollywood. Your room is an upstairs apartment which can be accessed seperately from the rest of the house, ensuring your privacy. The room is spacious with a new double bed, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is shared with one other person only if the other room is booked at the time of your stay.
You can use the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, and sit outside on the pink patio or in the garden. I also provide WiFi, weekly cleaning of the room, clean towels and sheets, phone access, and space for your bicycle. You can use the kitchen to cook meals once per day and to heat food from 7 AM to 9 PM.
Interaction with guests
I am home every day at different times and am available to share my knowledge on how to navigate throughout Buenos Aires, and give recommendations about restaurants and tourist sites.
Other things to note
20 minutes walking will find you in the beautiful parks of Palermo like Rosedal and Japanese Garden where you can do exercises or tour museums such as the Sivori or sip on a coffee in the open air. There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool five blocks away. Two blocks from the house there is an organic market where you can find fresh, high quality fruit and vegetables, cheese, olive oil, yogurt, and milk products. There is also a very beautiful and well-known book shop two blocks away with a wonderful selection and cafe inside called Eterna Cadencia. If you are interested in learning more about the Argentinian Tango culture, you can also go to dance classes (milongas) located close by.
