Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.

Ocean and bay views

Soak up the views during your stay.
Open plan living for a group of friends or a couple of families. It’s a peaceful location with sea views. A walk over the cliffs onto the coast path and down to the beach takes about 30 mins. Car park is next to the beach.
The house is full of character with a garden, 2 lovely pubs within walking distance and many more beaches a short drive away. Fri-Fri only during Jul & Aug. Hot tub hire is possible subject to availability at an additional cost

The space
There is a large open plan living area with 2 sleeping lifts above and kitchen off to the side which allows for a lovely social atmosphere. There is a separate downstairs area with 2 bedrooms and living space for a bit more privacy if required.

Other things to note
This is an old building and we take great care to maintain it as in keeping as possible.

Neighbourhood highlights

The house is in a very small village on a hill overlooking the sea. It’s a 30min walk to the beach so no need to use the car unless you have your own surf boards. At low tide it’s a mile long and dog friendly all year. The beach is usually quieter than Polzeath or Bude, especially in off season
