Lovely Nyack home on a hill. Private & comfortable bedroom with a great view out of your picture window!. A pleasant one mile down hill stroll to downtown Nyack.

Nyack is a lively, eclectic and picturesque village perched on the Hudson River. From shopping and dining to seasonal street fairs and live music, there is no shortage of things to enjoy! Free Parking on premises. Easy commute to NYC.

Other things to note
Currently have a roommate & we share my bath - so your bathroom is now private!

I love animals, but there will be an extra $15./day cleaning fee per pet. Thanks!

I also use organic/non toxic detergent and cleansers - love our planet!!
