Has allot of wineries to visit and many more in neighbouring communities, 4 golf courses, hiking and biking trails, horse back riding near by, Area 27 race track, Ski hill near by, curling and hockey arenas during winter as well as fitness gyms near by. 20 minute drive to Osoyoos and US border, 35 minute drive to Penticton. Small lake with beach which will allow canoes and non motorized small boats.
