Floor to ceiling sliding doors leading direct to your balcony. Added shelving, small clothes rail hanging space & Smart TV to access your Netflix accounts. *Please note - there is limited storage!!! The Treehouse is a cool experience in a modest space so there's very little room for storage. (We have added an outside cupboard to store a suitcase during your stay as well. 🤗)

Western 'hot water rain style' wet room / shower area with shelving built into the tree trunk. Vanity shelf with a Western ceramic vanity basin, additional storage space and a Western toilet. The Wet room / Bathroom is a small yet adorable space.

Those who are 6ft (ish) will need to duck their heads in places! When the heavens open and the tropical rains come into the WET ROOM, the space is designed to allow water to run down the tree making this a true unique bathroom experience! The bathroom is designed to allow the tree to live while getting wet. Closed to all the elements, but allowing nature to take its course and invite water to trickle down the tree branches into the space.
🌴BUNKER KITCHEN (LOWER FLOOR) .Everything is made to measure and decked out in lovely local Island wood and designed for ease of use & everything has its place! Our Bunker kitchen is compact and practical and made to ensure you have all you need while allowing you to make the most of the outdoor space (as let’s be honest - who wants to cook when they are on holiday! BUT if you do - you have EVERYTHING you need!) Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Press, All Crockery, All cutlery, and cook wear!
🌴2ND TERRACE (LOWER FLOOR) Lovely undercover lower terrace and a great chill out zone with direct beach access. Offering plenty of shade on those hot sunny days. And of course, just a step down to the beach and the inviting sea for that morning walk. In the evening sit and enjoy a cocktail or two and watch the amazing sunsets. Watch the fisherman in the mornings, or watch the Thais picking Pippies in the afternoons!The Lower floor Terrace also has a dining table with chairs, an additional outside cold rainwater shower to freshen up when you have come back off from the beach & of course hammocks to sit back and watch the world go by.

Epic sunsets, lovely restaurants and in a great central location on the most loved west coast of Koh Phangan. Easy access and strolling distance to so many facilities. Safe for families and solo travelers. Its walking distance to literally some of the most loved and iconic restaurants such as : L'alcove Bistro with wonderful food and the most amazing atmosphere, Romanza Tropical, Fish pacific, Vitamin Sea, Charlie's Bar, Kikela, Sati Pot Chana Masala, The Cup, Indigo, Wan's cafe and JJ's (to name a few!).We are also within walking distance to convenient stores, fruit stalls, yoga facilities, a bakery, gas stations, laundry mats, scooter and car hire! The TREEHOUSE is directly on Hin Kong Beachfront! Ocean views, on the beach & sandy feet very welcome! The BEST place to watch the Island's stunning sunsets, literally outside your home! Watch the locals fish, take a stroll along the beach in the mornings & soak up the daily beautiful sunsets. There are many lovely restaurants/ bars along the beach strip to enjoy a vino or mock-tail where you can step down from your terrace, walk barefoot on the beach and within minutes have a drink in your hand by one of the local restaurants!

From April through September, the tide recedes during the daytime across the whole west coast of Koh Phangan.
At Hin Kong, this reveals wide sandy flats and shallow waters. Daytime swimming is usually not possible directly in front of the house during these months. In the early mornings or evenings (depending on moon cycles), the water may return enough for a refreshing dip. During the day, the beach transforms into a natural playground — perfect for long walks, shell collecting, spotting crabs, paddle play, and peaceful shoreline exploring. Thai families often gather seafood in the evenings, and the sunsets remain absolutely stunning.

The Island gets bugs and all sorts of wonderful little creatures! You may and probably will get some in your home, it's part of the Tropical Thailand Charm and part of the Islands Nature. We are aware it may not be obvious for everyone. So we just want you to understand. We professionally spray our homes monthly, (non toxic spray). Whether you stay in a 5 Star Resort or a wooden beach shack, it's all part of the experience here. So kindly be comfortable knowing this as we live together with the beauty of the Island. Refunds will not be given for nature.

⚡ELECTRIC:
Electric is charged at direct cost price to our guests at 6thb per unit. Electricity doesn't cost much here at all and we want guests to be mindful of the environment to ensure they use electricity as they would comfortably at home but without leaving the AC on 24 hours a day when you are not home. It will cost maybe only 80-150thb ish a day pending if you keep the aircon on 24 hours or not :)

The TREEHOUSE is directly on the beach with super cool views. It has the hin kong beach road running along behind the house so do expect and be aware of road noise please. This will be more obvious in peak and high season times. Those who are sensitive to noise should not book or book being happy with this understanding. We are open and honest and encourage you to read all our lovely reviews as of course we are unable to control noise from outside sources.

There are a few options, and these are the 2 easiest ones:
🇹🇭OPTION 1
Fly to Koh Samui International Airport, Thailand.
Land in Koh Samui and then get a 30 minute ferry direct to Koh Phangan.
This is the quickest option and the easiest!
🇹🇭 OPTION 2.
Fly into Surat Thani International Airport, Thailand.
This is on the mainland. Land in Surat Thani, you will be assisted at the airport to arrange transfer + ferry tickets.
🇹🇭Airport to ferry port is about 1.5 hours (this will be included in the ticket you buy when you land) Ferry to Koh Phangan from the ferry port is 2.5 hours. (This will be included in the ticket you buy when you land).
This is the cheapest option but the longest!
👋ARRIVAL AT KOH PHANGAN
When you arrive to Koh Phangan we can help & pre arrange a private taxi to be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it and take you direct to your home. He charges the same as the shared taxis here but your taxi is private and direct and knows exactly where your home is!

The Treehouse is designed for adults only for safety reasons. We absolutely love children, but this home isn’t suitable for little ones. Maximum occupancy is strictly 2 adults, and guests under 12 are not permitted.

✈️ FLIGHTS & FERRIES
Please be sure to arrange correct flights and ferry times so you can reach the island without issue. Depending on where you travel from, the last ferries have cut-off times. We’re happy to help guide you, but refunds cannot be offered if guests are unable to reach the island.
⚡ ELECTRICITY
Electricity is charged at cost, 6THB per unit. On average, usage is between 110–150 THB per day, depending on air-conditioning use. We kindly ask that you enjoy your stay comfortably but avoid leaving the AC on when you’re not home.

The Treehouse sits directly on the beach with incredible views, but the Hin Kong beach road runs behind the house. Road noise can be noticeable, especially in peak season. If you’re sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking — or book with the understanding that it’s part of island life.
🎥 SAFETY CAMERAS
For your security, there are 3 external cameras at the property: the entrance, beachside entrance, and lower open-plan area facing the beach. They record 24/7 but are not actively monitored. Your privacy is respected at all times.

There are neighbours on both sides, and we’ve added plants and trees to create privacy. Please enjoy the space as your own while respecting theirs too.

The TREEHOUSE is directly on Hin Kong Beachfront! Ocean views, on the beach & sandy feet very welcome! The BEST place to watch the Island's stunning sunsets, literally outside your home! Watch the locals fish, take a stroll along the beach in the mornings & soak up the daily beautiful sunsets. There are many lovely restaurants/ bars along the beach strip to enjoy a vino or mock-tail where you can step down from your terrace, walk barefoot on the beach and within minutes have a drink in your hand by one of the local restaurants!

From April through September, the tide recedes during the daytime across the whole west coast of Koh Phangan.
At Hin Kong, this reveals wide sandy flats and shallow waters. Daytime swimming is usually not possible directly in front of the house during these months. In the early mornings or evenings (depending on moon cycles), the water may return enough for a refreshing dip. During the day, the beach transforms into a natural playground — perfect for long walks, shell collecting, spotting crabs, paddle play, and peaceful shoreline exploring. Thai families often gather seafood in the evenings, and the sunsets remain absolutely stunning.

The Island gets bugs and all sorts of wonderful little creatures! You may and probably will get some in your home, it's part of the Tropical Thailand Charm and part of the Islands Nature. We are aware it may not be obvious for everyone. So we just want you to understand. We professionally spray our homes monthly, (non toxic spray). Whether you stay in a 5 Star Resort or a wooden beach shack, it's all part of the experience here. So kindly be comfortable knowing this as we live together with the beauty of the Island. ⚡ELECTRIC:
Electric is charged at direct cost price to our guests at 6thb per unit. Electricity doesn't cost much here at all and we want guests to be mindful of the environment to ensure they use electricity as they would comfortably at home but without leaving the AC on 24 hours a day when you are not home. It will cost maybe only 80-150thb ish a day pending if you keep the aircon on 24 hours or not :)

The TREEHOUSE is directly on the beach with super cool views. It has the hin kong beach road running along behind the house so do expect and be aware of road noise please. This will be more obvious in peak and high season times. Those who are sensitive to noise should not book or book being happy with this understanding. We are open and honest and encourage you to read all our lovely reviews as of course we are unable to control noise from outside sources.

There are a few options, and these are the 2 easiest ones:
🇹🇭OPTION 1
Fly to Koh Samui International Airport, Thailand.
Land in Koh Samui and then get a 30 minute ferry direct to Koh Phangan.
This is the quickest option and the easiest!
🇹🇭 OPTION 2.
Fly into Surat Thani International Airport, Thailand.
This is on the mainland. Land in Surat Thani, you will be assisted at the airport to arrange transfer + ferry tickets.
🇹🇭Airport to ferry port is about 1.5 hours (this will be included in the ticket you buy when you land) Ferry to Koh Phangan from the ferry port is 2.5 hours. (This will be included in the ticket you buy when you land).
This is the cheapest option but the longest!
👋ARRIVAL AT KOH PHANGAN
When you arrive to Koh Phangan we can help & pre arrange a private taxi to be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it and take you direct to your home. He charges the same as the shared taxis here but your taxi is private and direct and knows exactly where your home is!

The Treehouse is designed for adults only for safety reasons. We absolutely love children, but this home isn’t suitable for little ones. Maximum occupancy is strictly 2 adults, and guests under 12 are not permitted.

The Treehouse can accommodate a maximum of 2 adult guests.
🙆 HEAD HEIGHT
Please note that The Treehouse has low head height in some areas. Guests over 6ft may need to duck occasionally.
✈️ FLIGHTS & FERRIES
Please be sure to arrange correct flights and ferry times so you can reach the island without issue. Depending on where you travel from, the last ferries have cut-off times. We’re happy to help guide you, but refunds cannot be offered if guests are unable to reach the island.
⚡ ELECTRICITY
Electricity is charged at cost, 6THB per unit. On average, usage is between 110–150 THB per day, depending on air-conditioning use. We kindly ask that you enjoy your stay comfortably but avoid leaving the AC on when you’re not home.
💜 BEACHFRONT & ROAD NOISE
The Treehouse sits directly on the beach with incredible views, but the Hin Kong beach road runs behind the house. Road noise can be noticeable, especially in peak season. If you’re sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking — or book with the understanding that it’s part of island life.
🎥 SAFETY CAMERAS
For your security, there are 3 external cameras at the property: the entrance, beachside entrance, and lower open-plan area facing the beach. They record 24/7 but are not actively monitored. Your privacy is respected at all times.

There are neighbours on both sides, and we’ve added plants and trees to create privacy. Please enjoy the space as your own while respecting theirs too.

Epic sunsets, lovely restaurants and in a great central location on the most loved west coast of Koh Phangan. Easy access and strolling distance to so many facilities. Safe for families and solo travelers.

We're husband and wife team Rachel and Stu along with our little boy Gabriel (6) and we have lived on this beautiful Island for over 8 years now. We love and cherish this little paradise we call home and feel really settled, content and happy here.
We know the Island like the back of our hand so can happily help you with some great Island tips and secret spots whether you are into Yoga, Partying, food, fitness or just chilling!
We want you to know that you are supported by us when you come to stay and we'll take care of you like you're part of the family. We ensure our guests full privacy with the peace of mind knowing we're here if ever needed.
We also live in Hin Kong and for us, this is our home and a truly beautiful part of the Island.
We have a gorgeous and cheeky little Boy (Gabriel) who was born here. We like the quiet life, I love reading and painting, stu loves wood work and carpentry and Gabriel loves anything space or dinosaur related!! (and chicken and sticky rice!) We spend most weekends at the beach or at a pool, the odd date night (when we're lucky enough!!) but most the time we just chill out as a family or hang out with our friends having dinners or BBQs with the kids.
We love to host and more importantly love meeting all our awesome guests from around the World! Its really cool to meet so many different people and to hear about their lives.
