Response from Luis:
Hello Jenna sorry but I think some of the things you said aren’t true, about the check out flexible, usually the check in out is at 11 am and you left the room at 1 pm we have you 2 more hours I am sorry but I have another guests that needed the room, about the dune buggy tour you did the best tour in huacachina, i took you in the fastest car in all huacachina a Polaris rzr 1000, i teach you about the sand dunes, I took you to private sand dunes where you can be alone and nobody bothers you I gVe you instructions on how to do sandboarding, I am the only guide in huacachina that drives and speak English I charge $35 per person on a private tourand it’s only one hour I’ve never told you is going to be 2 hours, i think I save you from the other tours, i think you should took the group tour in those old dune buggy where they have accidents so you could compare with my buggy before conplainig the other tours the guide dosnet speak English they take you to a sand dune and they let you take pictures for like 15 minutes( you wasted 15 minutes already) they are 10-18 people you go down 2 times and they just send you to ride the board withou explanation or probably you wouldn’t. Understand them because the driver doesn’t speak English, they take you to small sand dunes where other dune buggies go too they go only 1 mile deeper inside the dunes, they give you broken boards, like i said you should compare the tours, and here nobody tried to get more money from you I have never tried to get more money from others my brother was the one who was doing the convert and he doesn’t speak very good English so probably he just spell it wrong I think everybody that doesn’t speak another language can make a mistake I don’t have any other reviews complaining about trying to get more money, about staying in huacachina, i don’t remcomend it, the sewer system doesn’t work very welll because there is to many people and it stinks sometimes the food there is turistic so if you like to try the real peruvian cousins you need to be outside Ica I do street food tour, where I take people to try the Peruvian cousine, people that wants to come to Ica and want to try the real thing and if they don’t speak Spanish should contact a real guide that knows the city and that speak English, I suggest to all the people that is going to visit Ica look up for a good tour guide, thabk you
