Well-behaved pets are allowed, but the owner is responsible for any damages caused by their pet(s), as well as for clearing up after them. Pets are not allowed on the bed.
Guests should remember that this is a private home and be respectful of this. Please make sure you are dressed when you are in the shared areas of the house.
No smoking in the house (permitted in the garden as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly and not just thrown in the garden).
Please do not eat in your room.
We try to reduce our carbon footprint. Please don't leave lights on when you are not in a room, avoid wasting water and do recycle your rubbish.
Please be careful not to damage anything, and leave things in the state/ condition you find them in.
I would be grateful if guests refrained from asking to cook in the kitchen as refusal to grant this request may cause offence. Guests are welcome to use the kettle (but please only boil as much water as you need) and microwave, as well as cutlery and crockery. I will sort out the washing up - just leave everything to the right of the sink. Please do not use my crystal glasses.
Please close the toilet seat before flushing (this is a pet hate)
Please do not use my things - if you need anything please ask.
You will be given your own towels - please make sure that you use these and not our towels as sharing towels is terribly unhygienic.
Professional lady, good sense of humour and very sociable. I am a single mother, who enjoys a busy lifestyle, with a job, regular exercise (5 times per week) and various other activities. My interests are varied and I enjoy a good discussion on any number of current topics. I also enjoy cooking, reading and spending time with people I care about. I do enjoy travelling, but I spend most of my leave going to see my family, so that part is a little dry.
I try to live life to the full and create good memories.
