Spacious, quiet 110 m² flat in a historic building—just 1 min to Münchner Freiheit metro in vibrant Schwabing.

The space
The apartment is on the 1st floor (US 2nd floor) of a 130-year-old, 3-story historic building. No elevator.

It has 3 rooms:

The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, separated by the living room and a hallway—this layout offers excellent privacy, perfect for two colleagues or a small family.

The windows are modern and well insulated, keeping outside noise to a minimum when closed.

Check-in is from 2pm but often were flexible for earlier check-in or drop off bags if the apartment is ready.
