Nice to meet you! I am renting the 2n floor of my house; which consists of 1 double room (king bed), 1 single room (queen bed) and 1 full private bathroom. To have access to both rooms, book for 3 guests

You can walk to the mountains or go to the beach in Masnou (2km) and take a 20’ bus that drops you off in downtown Barcelona

The space
It's a town-house with 3 floors.
1. The ground floor has the Kitchen, the living room and the patio/garden with a pool - pond, as well as a half-bathroom- toilet. (Guests can use microwave and fridge only)
2. The first floor is where I live, has my bedroom, bathroom and my office
3. The second floor is the one I am renting, it consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Both rooms have a desk and a wardrobe.
4. The size of the bed in the double room is 1.80m x 2m and the one in the single room is 1m x 1.90m. If you book for 2 people you will rent the double room + private bathroom, if you book for 3 people you will have access to both rooms + private bathroom. If you are 2 people but still want to have access to both rooms, please make the reservation for 3 and I will prepare both rooms.

If you'd like to explore Barcelona, you can take a 20 min bus that drops you off in Plaza Urquinaona / Catalunya. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk from my home and it costs between 2.40€ and 3.40€ (single ticket), but you can buy a 10-ticket pass to take any bus, metro and train. This pass is called T-casual 2 zones and it's 2.40€/ticket. Bus lines Alella-Barcelona run every 30 minutes on lines E19 and 47, they stop in 3 different locations in Barcelona center, and includes another transport in Barcelona City during 1h30´check alella dot cat and click transport to see the schedule.

Guest access
Guests will have the 2nd floor to themselves (bedrooms and private bathroom). Guests can use the microwave and they can have a space in the fridge on the 1st floor but not the garden/living room area. There are very good and cheap restaurants 5 minutes walk from my house in downtown Alella.
