Octagon Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 18th Century grade II listed house in Norwich's 'Creative Quarter', within a stones throw of the cathedral. The interior decor is classic and cozy, with original wooden beams.

The house is full of period features, including a medieval well in the entrance hall. It sleeps up to 8, in three double beds and two single folding beds. It's family friendly - a high chair, cot and stair-gates are supplied.

There is one off-road parking space to the rear of the house.

The space
Octagon Cottage boasts an original medieval well beneath the entrance hall. It can be viewed through a re-enforced glass floor panel in the entrance hall - a fascinating feature.

It has a lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom (with a bath, shower and toilet), an additional cloakroom with toilet and three double bedrooms. The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, two sofas and a smart TV.

Please note that, due to the layout, there is sofa space for 4 people in the living room, with an extra 2 pouffe footstools that can be used as extra seating. The dining room seats 6 adults.

There are two parking spaces at the rear of the property, accessible via a narrow lane. Access to the parking spaces is tight, but with some manoeuvring you can park two cars in the courtyard space. Parking in Norwich is at a premium, so the ability to park in the City Centre at Octagon Cottage is extremely convenient.

The property is set over 3 floors, with two double bedrooms on the top level, the lounge, bathroom and further double bedroom on the first floor, and the dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The entire property is yours to enjoy.

Guest access
Guests can access all areas of the property. However, the basement is used for storage of cleaning products, so is not accessible.

Other things to note
The property is quite large. However, due to the layout, there is sofa space for 4 people in the living room, with an extra 2 pouffe footstools that can be used as extra seating.

The dining room comfortably seats 6 adults around the dining table.

The property can sleep up to 8, including the pull-out beds. The pull-out beds are very comfortable (Jay-Be J Beds). They are located in the middle bedroom on the first floor, and can easily be moved to the living room for use.

**Strictly no parties. This is a quiet residential area, please respect our neighbours.**

I'm Greg, the owner of Octagon Cottage. I'm passionate about providing interesting, stylish serviced properties for holidays and business travel. I love staying in holiday cottages when I travel. It's fantastic value for money, giving my family more space and amenities (I've got 3 girls under 5 years old, so the extra space comes in handy!). When compared to a sterile, standardised hotel room, a serviced property works for me every time, at a fraction of the cost. We're driven to provide great experiences for guests seeking to 'live like a local'. I hope you'll love Octagon Cottage.
