Guest access
"Mi casa es tu casa" (Mexican saying)
My house is your house so relax and feel at home.
Everything in the apartment is for our guests to use.

Guests can use the building's facilities like the gym, washing machines, etc.

Please feel free to check out our other listings in the same building for more availability.

Other things to note
We will need a list of the complete names of every guest who will be staying to register you with the administration. We also ask for your airline + flight number to help us estimate your arrival time better.

Upon arrival every guest will need to show an official ID to corroborate with the list of names you register with us.

There is a store about a block and a half away which stores luggage for $50 pesos per bag. Ask us for the address!

Here in Mexico City our climate is very mild. We do not have central heating or air conditioning in the apartment as it is not common here.

There is no on premise parking, but there are several public parking garages in the area and the cost of the public parking garages aren't included.

The building has washing and drying machines in the stairwells and you will need to buy coins in the reception to use them. They are not inside of the apartment.

Lost/broken access chips have a thousand peso charge as they compromise the security of the building and are costly to replace. Please make sure to keep track of them.

We have a welcome book inside of the apartment filled with maps, tips, suggestions, and FAQ's, please make sure to take a look! :)
