The space
Enjoy this renovated ground floor one-bedroom unit in the quiet and peaceful northern suburb of Strathpine. The unit is modern and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and private stay including a separate bathroom, a roomy bedroom and a combined kitchenette, lounge area with a TV. You have your own private entry and street parking and use of our laundry and its washing machine and dryer.

This apartment is just a 9-minute walk to Strathpine Shopping Centre and an 8-minute walk to the train station from which you can be in the CBD, airport or the beach in no time. It is either 24 km drive to Brisbane CBD, a 26 km drive to Brisbane airports or an 11 km drive to Sandgate. You have easy access to both the Gateway Motorway to head north or south and the Bruce Highway to head to the Sunshine Coast.

In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable queen-size bed with a split system air conditioner for cooling and heating.

The bathroom area provides a shower, vanity basin and toilet with toiletries and hairdryer.

The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, small fridge, microwave, sink and cooking utensils including saucepans and rice cooker.

Kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and some tea, coffee, water and milk for your arrival. There is also has a small table with two chairs for eating meals or doing work.

The living area has a TV and comfy couch which can be turned into a sofa bed.

You have access to our laundry for washing and drying as you require.

Wifi is included, and details will be provided upon check-in.

The apartment is very well suited for one person, two people or perhaps a couple with a small child/baby needing short term accommodation or for people visiting relatives or friends nearby but want their own space and privacy. The apartment is also ideal for a business person or tradesperson working in the area, as it well catered to make your stay comfortable and private with all essential amenities close by, including a shopping centre, shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
