Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay with family or friends in a beautiful country Australian bush setting. This farmstay studio is adjacent to the main house, overlooks a dam and creek, and is surrounded by farming land.

The space
The studio is a modern, newly built hide away right in the heart of Yallingup. Ideal for couples and a down south break away with friends, enjoy the use of a fully equip kitchen and dining area or take advantage of the local restaurants and cafes a short drive away. The quiet surrounds means you wake to the calls of birds and fall asleep to sounds of frogs and owls, and cows and kangaroos graze close by. Wander down to the creek and dip your toes in the fresh running water in spring and winter, sit by the dam and enjoy local wine and cheese, or read a book and fall asleep in the sun.

Guest access
The studio will be yours for the entirety of the your stay unless otherwise arranged. The main house is next door where I will be on hand if you need me.
You are welcome to explore the house block and surrounding property as much as you like, however please be mindful of host's privacy in the spaces immediately around the house, and for your own safety please consider that the dam, the creek and paddocks and livestock are to be engaged with caution especially if you don't have much experience with the Australian bush.
The studio is also situated alongside a farm shed, where machinery and farming equipment are located and used on a regular basis. Every effort will be made to minimise any noise that might disturb your stay, however at times this shed will be used and accessed to complete work during the day.
At no time do you have permission to enter the shed. Again, this is for your own safety.

Yallingup, Western Australia, Australia

'Yallingup' is a word from the local aboriginal dialect of the Wardandi people, and roughly translates to mean 'Place of Caves'. Its so named due to the natural limestone caves found in the area, in particular 'Ngilgi's Cave' or 'Yallingup Cave'. It has also been widely rumoured to mean 'Place of Love' due to the popularity of weddings and honeymooner's who stay at the historic Caves House Hotel.
One of the most beautiful beach destinations in Australia, Yallingup is home to world class surfing beaches, a diverse marine and ecological environment, the ancient local caves, and nearby iconic towns of Margaret River and Dunsborough. There are so many attractions for every kind of visitor from gourmet food and wine, to spectacular natural landmarks and sights, unique Western Australian flora and fauna, sports and the arts. It truly has it all, right on your doorstep waiting for you to explore and enjoy all it has to offer you!
