The room is upstairs with king sized bed with t.v. WiFi, and small living room with sofa bed ,small fridge, microwave, and kuerig. Very quiet and homelike atmosphere with balcony overlooking a small lake. 6 mi to downtown Athens and UGA. Private parking space on premises.
