It located near (300m) from the Panthrakiko Stadium . In less than 100m you can find Super Market, Bakery Store & Pharmacy Store. Also the Bus Stop for DUTH University is at 100m away from the house. The house is fully equipped with fast WIFI, 52"HDTV, Washing/Dryer Machine, A/C, Jacuzzi, Fireplace & all comforts .

The space
The house has a modern design without missing the classic elements, aiming to make you feel at home in luxury. You will feel this from the first moment, as it is a real home and not a "mutated" home.
That is why the 1st floor consists exclusively of the living room/living room next to the imposing fireplace and the unique 52" HDTV , the 1st bathroom, the glass dining room and the fully equipped kitchen to enjoy unique moments with your family or friends. Easy access to the front huge balcony and the front patio where you can relax or play your children safely. The downstairs area can accommodate one more person on a sofa & has a balcony & yard and in the back.
