Guests have exclusive access to the entirety of The Loft. During your stay, you are also provided with one clearly labeled designated parking space.
Outdoor Amenities & Privacy The backyard—including the hot tub, sauna, and firepit—is reserved for your private use.
Please Note: The backyard only becomes a shared space if you have also booked our adjoining property, "The Landing on South Church." Otherwise, the outdoor oasis is yours to enjoy in total privacy.

Check-Out & Occupancy
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. To ensure our cleaning team stays on schedule, a $50 fee will apply to check-outs later than 11:30 AM.
Occupancy: Standard occupancy is 2 guests. We have an additional "Bunkie" that may accommodate 1–2 more guests; please inquire for details and approval.
Pets: We maintain a strict no-pet policy to ensure the comfort of all future guests.
Tech & Entertainment
The Projector: Located in the living area and connected to Apple TV. Remotes are located on the console table behind the couch. Note: The system can be a bit complex to navigate—instructions are in the Welcome Book, and tech-savvy guests are welcome to enjoy it!
Record Player: Instructions for use are located inside the record player stand (and in the guest portal).
Parking: All guest vehicles must be parked strictly on the property. Street parking is not permitted for visitors or guests.
Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Local By-Laws & Regulations
Guests are required to follow all City of Belleville By-Laws. Any fines or complications arising from non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Noise: No amplified music or disruptive noise is permitted between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
