The apartment (60 sq.m.) of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and large veranda is first in the peri-urban forest of Sheikh Sou in Thessaloniki (5 meters away!) which is considered the oxygen lung of the city. Located in the beautiful area of Rodokhori in Sikies, a few meters away from the historical castles (Eptapyrgio), two minutes from the entrance/exit to the ring road, and 5-7 minutes from the center of the metropolis. Parking is easy and is free of charge and in a public place.

Another unbeatable advantage is the fresh air and the large, comfortable veranda overlooking the forest, where the enjoyment of a coffee or a glass of wine on the sofa and bamboo chairs, or on the other 2 tables, is enchanting.
The apartment has 2 alternative ways to enter the house: either from the main entrance of the apartment building (which has an elevator) or from an independent entrance (a few steps) for direct access to the apartment.
We've further adjusted and intensified the apartment's hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection measures for movable and immovable objects and surfaces (including a 24-hour gap between reservations) in line with the World Health Organization and National Public Health Organization guidelines, following Airbnb's strict cleaning/disinfection protocol.
