A duplex built in the heritage area of Bowden adjacent to Plant 4. This renovated single level 2 bedroom property is compact and secure, with off street parking and undercover gated area for alfresco living. A neat garden area with a secure space for your dog if required. Transport needs are met with a nearby bus stop and a 10 minute walk to train and tram stops. The railway line is close so there is train noise but is not intrusive. Fully stocked with all kitchen appliances and undercover BBQ.

The space
The property has secure off street parking and secure back garden, windows and doors all have security screening. The NBN is connected to the property and there is a smart television to enjoy. There are reverse cycle air conditioners in each bedroom and a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan in the living area. Dog beds (off ground), cushions, bowls and crate are available if required

It is a very quiet location accessed by a one way street and is situated in a No Through Road. The railway line is at the back fence so some train noise however we do not find intrusive. There are several great local coffee shops both in Bowden and North Adelaide, Plant 4 is close and is a space for fine food, events, markets, family, friends and fun. Locally there is a secure dog park, aquatic centre, free tennis courts, bike trails, skate ramp and parks making it a great base to explore Adelaide. North Adelaide, Adelaide Oval, North Adelaide Golf Club, Entertainment Centre, Adelaide Festival Theatre, Adelaide Aquatic Centre, Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Art Gallery, Adelaide University, North Adelaide Gym are all easily accessible either by walking or public transport.
