Newly renovated historic building in downtown Tulsa and close to everything! Walk across the street to the BOK Center, a few blocks from Cox Business Center, Cain’s Ballroom, Drillers Stadium, Brady Theatre, the Performing Arts Center..minutes from the Gathering Place, Utica Square Shopping, Cherry Street and River Parks. Only a 10min drive to the airport and the fairgrounds. All furnishings are West Elm including the super comfy pull out sofa with foam mattress. Washer/dryer inside the unit.

Other things to note
Street parking is free on weekends and after 5pm during the week. It is meter parking if on the street 8-5pm on weekdays. A lot directly across from the building on the northeast corner is open for a day rate. There is a nearby parking garage a block east. I almost never have to park anywhere other than in a space on the street close by. In case of an event taking place at the BOK during your visit causing less available spaces, there is always a row of parking on the side of the street of 6th & Cheyenne. 100% of the time I’m able to park facing west on 6th in front of the OneOK building
