Come stay in this sweet studio located in an even sweeter neighborhood. You will be 1 mile from Zilker Park and 2 miles to downtown. Spread out in the king bed, pack light (yep—washer/dryer), and enjoy your own outdoor space with a covered porch. We are only a 15-minute drive to the airport and free street parking is always available.

The space
Tucked away in one of Austin’s most loved neighborhoods, The Little Oxford Haus is a private backyard studio featuring a king bed, Fiber Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer/dryer, and a kitchen setup for cooking or heating up leftovers from Loro or Uchi. Outside, unwind under your own private patio that is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

You’ll be right in the heart of 78704, just a few blocks off of South Lamar and walkable to so many places. Zilker Park is just 1 mile away, and it’s less than a 2-mile trip to downtown. Whether you're here for ACL, a weekend getaway, or just to explore Austin, the location can’t be beat.

The studio is located behind the main house and has its own private entrance—no shared spaces. You’ll have a dedicated outdoor area to enjoy.

Street parking is free and easy to find right in front of the home.

The Little Oxford Haus sits just behind The Oxford Haus on the same lot. Both homes are fully private with no shared interior or outdoor spaces. We ask that all guests keep outdoor noise at a respectful level and observe quiet hours, so everyone can have a great stay.

Other things to note
For everyone’s comfort-max occupancy is 2 guests.

The bathroom has a folding door (no lock!) to save space. If you're bringing a guest, make sure you're cool with that. 😉

We’ve stocked a starter set of coffee pods and laundry detergent. For extras, Bluebonnet Market is just a short walk away.

The entrance is behind the main house via a gravel path. If you pack heavy, rolling luggage over rocks can be a bit tricky... same goes for heels 👠

We love hosting friends and families but absolutely do not allow smoking, parties, or illegal activities on the property.
