A 10-minute drive from the slopes of Red Mountain Resort, Rossland Bike Retreat is the perfect jumping-off point for your adventure in the Kootenays. We have 2 identical cabins to rent; each one accommodates 4 people. If you would like to book both cabins simultaneously please message me. You'll find complete serenity in this mountain escape, with a view that will put a fresh perspective on any outlook. Be it snow or dirt you're after, we'll help you discover the trails you seek.

The space
Our well-insulated cabins have all the amenities with none of the noise. Step out onto the deck for the kind of star gazing that inspires kids to become astronomers.

Guest access
Each cabin is self-contained, with access to the entire property.

Other things to note
All-wheel drive is advisable in Rossland in the winter, and particularly helpful when climbing the short and well-plowed road to the cabin.

Location

Rossland, British Columbia, Canada

Rossland is located in the pristine Kootenay Rockies Region of British Columbia, and is home of Red Mountain Resort. Red is considered the last great, unspoiled resort (i.e. independently owned) along the famous "Powder Highway," with 4,200 acres of legendary skiing and snowboarding. Rossland is as charming as ski towns get in BC -- with a top-notch chocolatier, bakery, coffee roaster, and locally-owned gourmet food market.

I like to travel the world - and welcome world travellers to my doorstep. With our two sons in tow, my husband and I spent a year living in the French Alps, which inspired our move to Rossland. It's as close as we've come to Thollon-les-Memises in BC. And it's the best move we've ever made. We look forward to sharing Rossland's mountains with our guests.
