I was very happy with you stay. The little cottage is very quiet, private and had everything I needed. Toilet, bathroom and kitchen are in the main house, and I had never any issues or had to wait for any of the facilities to be used. I can warmly recommend.

What can I say about this place — it's like staying in a treehouse in the city! The cabin itself is very cozy, quiet and clean. The light is amazing, and I had some of my best sleeps in forever! The house is full of interesting people from all over the world, I shared a number of…

This is a little gem of a location, but to avoid disappointment be aware that this is really a very private but slightly inconvenient sleeping space with attached sitting area in a very active household. The loft sleeping space is super cute and fun, but would be cramped for tho…

Response from Steve:
Kirstie stayed in the cabin with three young children. Because of that we made the cabin into two separate levels for safety reasons. Normally the cabin is partially open so that half the space has a high ceiling. I was away while she was here and unfortunately she didn’t message me. Had she done so I would have been able to arrange for everything she was lacking. Most of our past guests have opted to eat out or eat very simply. But for those who want to cook vegetarian meals in our kitchen that is certainly possible. Or you can arrange to join us and share meals. We have now added a labelled "Airbnb" basket to the basement fridge. There is no fridge in the cabin to avoid fridge noise. There is a cutting board and knife, it had been forgotten. We are happy to provide extra things, just ask.

A great cozy space super close to transit. The host Steve and other residents were really great and very friendly. If I make it back to Toronto I’d love to stay there again.

I am one of the residents of our shared community house which is made up of a diverse mix of women and men from age mid-20's to 51. Beside me is Bridie another house member who was actively helping out on house projects. She has moved back to Australia, but Mary is helping now. …
