Welcome to Coastal Soul. Our beautiful, year round bungalow in the heart of the village of Bayfield nestling on the Lake Huron shoreline, renowned for its breathtaking sunsets. This home is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a week with family or friends.

The space
Our property is located within a short walk to beautiful beaches and the centre of the village with its many excellent restaurants, boutique style shops, pubs, spas, art galleries, coffee shops, patios and parks.

Coastal Soul Is a one level, open concept property with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas.

Please note our property is not suitable for babies and young children.

The living area has comfy furniture, a cozy gas fire and large smart TV for Netflix and movies nights. Or you can play one of the many board games available. Close by are the master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, bath and double sinks. Bedroom 2, hosts a queen bed, closet, and dresser. Bedroom 3, which also can double as an office, is furnished with a new queen size sofa bed. The second bathroom has a large walk in shower. Hot water is on demand and the home is heated and cooled with in floor heating and gas fire in winter and air conditioning in summer. There are also full laundry facilities.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave large fridge freezer and bar fridge. A large island seating 6 makes meal prep a breeze. There are also tea and coffee making facilities.

The dining area with its large farmhouse table, has a sliding patio door out to a covered porch, overlooking the garden, complete with ceiling fan outside dining for 6 and comfortable relaxed seating to start your day with coffee or end it with a glass of wine. Here you have access to a gas BBQ.

Main Street, with its shops, restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops is a 5 minute walk away. Take the opposite direction and you can be on a clean sandy beach within 6 minutes (we know, we timed it!). The village has 2 parks, Clan Gregor Square in the village centre, and Pioneer Park where you'll be drawn to the famous Lake Huron sunsets. The neighbourhood is well served with a grocery store and LCBO a 2 minute drive away.

Clan Gregor Square has a great children's play area, with splash pad in summer.

Close by are golf courses, walking and hiking trails, and a fully equipped marina where kayaks and canoes can be rented. Experience local breweries, winery, artisan and farmers markets both in Bayfield and surrounding areas of Grand Bend, and Goderich. For the more adventurous there is Windmill Lake, a Wake and Eco Park 5 minutes away by car.
