Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Stay away from sharing air with hundreds of other tourists. Nestled in the stunning red rocks of Sedona, the Suite Retreat is away from noise and traffic on a private road but just minutes from town. Your suite retreat is perfect for one or two adults. It is not set up for children under 12. You will be right around the corner from famous Cathedral Rock and within walking distance of popular hiking and biking trails. Your host, Christine can guide you to your areas of interest.

The space
The Suite Retreat is sparkling clean and most items are brand new including the king bed and linens. Stunning original art by local artist Clark Shepard decorates this inviting space.
Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations may be made up to 7 days in advance: You will receive your deposit, minus a 3% handling fee.
* Cancellations with less than 7 days prior to check-in: If the guest suite is re-rented, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a 3% handling fee. If it is not possible to re-rent the space, your deposit will be forfeited.

Bathroom includes lots of towels and toilet tissue, a hair dryer, bath wash, shampoo and body lotion.

Nature is your backyard.
We are blessed to enjoy a great variety of wildlife in Sedona.  There are many birds and occasional deer and javelina, bobcat and coyote. They are all shy and harmless but a treat to see. 
Big Sky Arizona: Enjoy the bright sunrise to the east, colorful sunsets behind pyramid mountain to the west and dazzling night sky stars.

Guest access
You'll have the complete private apartment, private outdoor patio and a shared larger patio.
For guests staying 5 nights or more can use the washer/dryer for $10. This includes laundry soap and dryer sheets. Please talk to Christine to arrange use time.

Other things to note
Being so close to famous Cathedral Rock, there can be air traffic noise, especially on the weekend.
