Nobukhosi's place is an excellent choice if you want something budget friendly and in a safe and secure neighbourhood. It is a little bit far from the the city's centre but easily accessible through UBER or the bus (when it is running - they were on strike during our stay). Overa…

Nobukhosi is probably a nice person but it would be appreciated that people that are involved in the hospitality industry are at least friendly, even if they have to fake it just to make their guests feel welcome.

Response from Nobukhosi:
Hi Nomazizi, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay here. I was working throughout the period you were here and probably did not have the time to interact with you as you would have liked. The living space is shared as there is another guest room on the property. So my explanation to you was regarding the shared living space and you did utilize the shared TV area and kitchen throughout your stay. You definitely did not constantly sit in your room nor would I ever expect you to. I do try to keep the floors as clean as possible, and I clean the floors at least once a day including the time when you were here. To this point we have been using a spaghetti mop as he area is small enough to clean with a spaghetti mop, but I will look into a mop that wrings itself as you suggest. You arrived the day before the bins were collected and the rubbish truck arrived the day after you arrived. I do apologize about that, and I will address that in future. The house was cleaned and prepared for your arrival, I am sorry that it did not meet your expectation and I will review that going forward. I do not have a radio and unfortunately I did not know you required this, I would have advised you in advance. Yes we did not have a news channel available during your stay, but you were able to watch movies. Again I do apologize that I did not have a lot of time to chat to you during this time as I was also very busy with my work. Yes we do have to close the front door as a safety precaution and we get random people who knock on the door asking for things. This sometimes makes other guests uncomfortable. We open the back glass sliding door which opens to the back for air and guests who wish to sit outside. I also feel that maybe you did not understand the concept of Airbnb before your arrival and expected a BnB in the formal sense of the word. Or perhaps you would like to book an entire apartment and not shared space. Either way I think it's a pity that you only raised your concerns after you left and I did not get e chance to improve your stay while you were here. I hope you still enjoyed your stay in Cape Town and will visit the city again.
