Private Guest Suite attached to main house (one shared wall), Kitchen w/bar table, Small Living Room, Private bathroom, Outdoor dining area. 1 acre of "working farm" with orchard, chickens, garden (Lambs come each spring) plus 4 acres of lawn, trees and beach.

Located on the Boise River- Perfect for fishing, hunting, wading & playing!

Private Guest Suite attached to main house. Full 1 bedroom w/fully stocked Kitchen and Small Living Room, Private bathroom, 2 closets. Luxurious Tempurpedic Queen Mattress in master bedroom, 2 pull out twin beds with memory foam mattresses in living room. Please let us know if you would like the twin beds set up and we will have them ready for you.

Front patio area and Outdoor dining and BBQ available based on weather.

West side of the property is our 1 acre "working farm" with fruit orchard, chickens, vegetable and flower garden and rotating animals (Lambs arrive each spring). Guests are welcomed to enjoy the other 4 acres of lawn, trees, and 700 ft of river beach at their leisure. Over 500 early-mid spring bulbs make this property burst with tulips, daffodils, crocus, hyacinthias and more! (bloom dates vary based on weather) Spend the evening hanging out at the beach firepit watching the geese and wild turkey roam the property (firewood available for purchase). Several rope swings located throughout the property. River tubes provided during the warm season.

River front walking trail connects at the north end of the property and leads to the Banbury Golf course.
*Please note, in Idaho we have seasons - 4 unique, different, amazing seasons. Winter gets very cold and everything is dormant, please do not expect to see lush green grass and leafy trees in the winter or you may be disappointed (it's a bit brown and 'stick-y' up here). But skiing at Bogus Basin just 30 mins away!

Elegant Estate Neighborhood with lots of equestrian and hobby farm homes. All neighboring properties are a minimum of 5 acres. Lining the south fork of the Boise River and backing up to Eagle Island State park, this neighborhood is extremely quiet with no through traffic or outside noise. Perfect place to relax and recharge. Though only 10 min to Boise, it feels like you're a world away! Cross Streets: Chinden and Meridian Rd.
