Cozy house with all the amenities to spend happy moments with family and friends. It has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the entrance: the main one has a private bathroom, television, closet and safe; a full bathroom, a half bathroom; living-dining room for 8 people; integral kitchen with utensils, appliances, refrigerator with drinking water filter and ice dispenser. There are full dishes, cutlery and recreation areas. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The space
It has a spectacular view of Querétaro and an excellent location in the El Canto cluster, within the Zibatá subdivision with shared services. It is close to Anahuac University, shopping centers and a nature reserve.

Guest access
The pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. FROM OCTOBER 2025 TO MARCH 2026, the pool will be closed for major repairs.
